
It's alright to have some junk food in our diet. Two guidelines that will make a
difference for you are:
-1- Eat at a restaurant once or twice a week
-2- Don't have junk food every day
-3- Substitute - instead of a pop have real fruit juice or instead of a milkshake
have a banana shake that tastes great and is very healthy. Learn to substitute
fun healthy foods for unhealthy.
